Still waiting for my REFUND!!!!!

I logged a return on the 16th Jan 2025. They only collected the item in the 6th Feb 2025 after numerous complaints and calls. Guess what I’m still waiting for my refund looks like it’s going to take another month! Whenever I follow up I’m told the item is from a third party hence the delay! Why is that my problem as customer I bought on their website they approved my payment!!! ngingena phi!!!!!!
