Still Waiting For My Order
<p>I placed an order on the 28th of November 2016 and the product stated 2-5 working days for delivery. Today is day 5 and still no delivery. Last week Friday I called the call centre and I was told that my order would be delivered today. It's now 15:30 and I still have not recieved my order. If you'll can't deliver in the stated time, don't say that you'll can.</p>

In this case we do admit that we are at fault. We should have communicated the delay with you.
