Still waiting for my online order to be delivered and another one to be collected for return

I’m so disappointed with Makro online store experience. One of my orders was delivered incomplete. I logged a return and it has been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from them. One of the other items I ordered on the 30th of November, was supposed to arrive on 12 December but still nothing. The status on the Makro app says the order was packed on the 4th of December but has not been collected by the courier. Additionally, they hardly ever answer their calls and the agents are not helpful at all. I’ve really learned my lesson.
