still waiting for my money a month now still nothing

I am still waiting for my money how much longer must I wait for refund on my goods that order and never arrived as promised. Terrible service good take money but to get back oh hell no..i am going to take matter further as nonsense I must ask for money I got no goods for, But I will make sure my business never buy here again and my clients in future
