Still waiting for my delivery!

I am saddened and shocked to see so many similar complaints when checking on Hello Peter about Makro. We did an online order 27th November 2024 and the delivery was split (which is the usual lunacy), because it seems now, this could be their modus operandi to say your order has been delivered when only part of your delivery was delivered (what proof or come back do we have now...) The bulk of our order still not been delivered and the whatsup support is saying it has. I have sent emails and tried phoning and keep getting no where. Can we not get a big media story going on this?? They are literally *****ing our money. Not to mention, when did it become acceptable to remove items from your card AFTER you have paid for them?!?!?! We can't let this go on!!!
