Still waiting for Mrewards

So I bought 10 singletons at Makro on 14/11/2017. At the time I was told by the cashier that if used my Makro card for the deal I would get back vouchers which would be sms'd to me. On this premise I bought the goods. After a few days I realised no voucher had been sent to me so I called the Makro call center. The lady who attended to my call said that because I did not have the Makro app on my phone at the time of purchase I would not get the rewards, and to obtain them I should load the app, return the goods and rebuy them. I did this on the 20/11/2017. After a day I realised these Mrewards (or vouchers were still not coming through) so I called the call center again on 21/11/2017 and spoke to a lady by the name of Tebogo, she informed me that a manual wallet payment would be made to my account and she would send the form to the Makro IT to process. Today is the 23/11/2017, I still have no Makro Mrewards for this purchase. This is frustrating as would have liked to have used some of the vouchers this black friday. My Mrewards card and makro card number is ********** 1.
