Still waiting for Makro to deliver.

<br> Today is Friday 30th October. My order was placed on the 19th of October. <br> It has been a week since my items should have been delivered. <br> <br> The worst part about this entire thing is that I have had to call Makro SIX times already to try and get information on what is happening with my order. <br> But every time I am told that they will call me back when they have information. Only one person has called me back so far and only to let me know that there had been a mistake on Makro's part and that she couldn't tell me when my items would be delivered. <br> <br> I would really love to get some information on when my order will be delivered as I am starting to really regret having ordered from Makro at this point - not only because my items are late but also because the lack of keeping me informed and the lack of information that has been supp****. It is really quite shocking and unprofessional.<br>
