STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK EVEN TODAY

PATHETIC SERVICE AND STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDERS I am so disappointed with Makro online orders, the call center is even worse because they keep on singing the same song ''ESCALATING IT" this the worst service i ever received. Can someone check what is happening with my two order number 1. MAK********** (They came Sunday to a business address even when i stated that its Monday to Friday) 2. order no MAK********** (on the 29th they brought my order with 2 outstanding baby soft tissues, i ordered 4 quantity and not 2. my details have not changed and i am not getting any communications, i called the silver lakes Makro but no answer...Call center is worse as no one knows anything
