Still waiting for delivery after 1 month
I placed an online order on 10 November 2019 and received an email indicating an estimated delivery of 2 - 5 business days. 1 Month later and I have still not received anything after repeatedly following up with them over the phone. The call centre agents were not even able to give any useful information either as to when this would be resolved, when I asked for them to find out and get back to me I never received any calls back.
