Still waiting for a refund!!!!!
Worst customer service ever it's been one month still no refund from returning a online order which I purchased. Consultants are all useless team leader and management are useless still waiting for them to call me too. I would rather keep my money or purchase from Takealot. You guys are pathetic when it comes to ecommerce. Take somes notes from the big players.

21 Jun 2024, 12:14I would like to speak to management as this is not a good reflection of Makro and it's sad to see this type of service. It's unheard of waiting for a refund for almost a month. There needs to be regular updates to customers with regards to the refund process and steps progress.
