Still waiting for a refund after faulty product returned almost 4 months ago!!!!

I am still waiting for my refund after being promised again and again that I will receive it.

It has been almost 4 months since my faulty product was received by couriers and taken back to Makro Crown Mines . Firstly the product was lost and weeks went by without anyone coming back to me. Then it was communicated to me that I will be receiving a refund yet here I am still waiting for my refund?? Order number MAK799680

When am I getting my refund this is absolutely shocking service from Makro. Now I get told I must follow up with the finance department because Makro are not sure what is happening!!!
