Still waiting for a refund a month later / online purchase/order/return.

I ordered a battery online for my laptop, when it arrived I realised it was too small before even opening the box, I bubble wrapped it for extra protection and ordered a return for refund, it was only collected 3 weeks after I app**** for a return. Now, I’m a very patient person, but honestly I returned the battery on the 1st of February, it’s now the 2nd of March, this is shocking, how can I recommend Makro at all, Takealot collect your return from you and refund you all within 3 days… I’ll never even walk into a Makro ever again let alone shop online, I honestly feel ****med, I’m getting absolutely ZERO feedback from anyone, ZERO communication no matter how many calls or emails are dealt… Shocking, seriously will never recommend Makro ever again… If I’m not refunded I have to take further action, this is a business related purchase on top of it all and it affects my work/life/business on a huge scale…
