Still waiting for a fridge.

I purchased a fridge online on the 29 November 2017 and I specifically stated it should be delivered to Makro in Polokwane. I was informed that they were out of stock and I got a call from a lady called Duduzile Mgomezulu on the 7th December and she asked that I email her my address that it can be delivered to my house. Its been 11 days and the fridge has not been delivered and they aren't taking my calls.
