Still waiting

I did an online order by makro on the 21 July but when the delivery came it was the wrong thing. I call the help line and the woman I spoke to couldn't even tell me what's going to happen. I put the insident on hello Peter and someone called to sort it all out. A few days after that call they said they going to come get the wrong item on the 28th and the right one will be delivered by the 1 August. They only came to get the wrong item on the 1 August and I'm still waiting for my stuff to be delivered. I emailed them twice but still haven't heard anything on what's happening. How long must i still wait?
