Still waiting and no answers!

I had good experiences with Makro online, until now. Ordered a new backpack for my daughter for school, and your affiliate send us the wrong bag. I logged a return; it was collected and now we are still waiting in the dark. Not getting any answers from customer service which seems to be non-existent.

Your returns process needs a lot of work!!!! And I need answers, I just want the correct item I ordered and paid for!!!! Or an answer so I know what to do, as my daughter does not have a backpack.
