Still waiting....

I purchases a stove and oven combo set from Makro online on the 25/11/17 order no. MAK734680. I am still waiting for this delivery even though when purchasing online it said 2 to 5 working days. They tell you to track it online, from the 29/11 it has been showing order ready for collection. I called Makro on Tuesday 5/12 and spoke to Nthabiseng (online support) she called the store it is coming from then called me back saying there was a confusion with the delivery company and it will be with me no later than Thursday 7/12. Well thursday has come and gone so I call online support again, speak to another unhelpful agent and get told it will be delivered today. So lets wait and see but I will not hold my breathe. Makro you have the worst online services and this so called tracking thing is a waste of time. When all it says is ready or complete. Its because of this terrible service that people are afraid to buy online. I will never purchase online and will make sure I spread the word on this experience. Very disappointing. A whole week has been wasted waiting for this delivery.
