Worst online shopping experience ever. Was sent the wrong product, (item not as pictured nor as described) now been waiting 35 days for collection of the return/refund. No response to email enquiries...

It is absolutely unbelievable that you scheduled a collection without contacting me to see if anyone will be home at that time. As it happens, no one will be home from about 10:30 am until the middle of the afternoon.
This service could not possibly be more *********** if you tried.
