Still Unhappy
Wrote a review on 28th of March 2025 regarding a faulty item exchange but no reply yet. Looking at all the bad reviews on Hellopeter I will give Makro 24 hours to respond after which I will be going to the Police to open a case of ***** against Makro and I encourage everyone else to do the same. They are *****ing peoples money and refuse to do refunds and exchanges.

22 Apr 2025, 14:44Why is this now our issue to contact the seller. Makro Online Sold the product to us. I have nothing to do with the seller. We were well within the 6 month period and Makro has to engage with the seller not us. The seller has obligations towards makro and not us. We will be in contact with the seller but I am still escalation the matter regarding Makro handling the issue.
