Still sitting with a damaged fridge

Firstly, let it be known that I logged this complaintly via Makro's call centre and as a complaint on Makro's website. I still have not received any resolution so I will continue to take it to the various other media in order to get a response.<br> I purchased a fridge online and after much hassels got it finally delivered and when the courier company delivered the fridge the freezer combi, had a dent in it and has numerous scratches. Since I have had the fridge it also makes the most horrible sounds which is not normal for a fridge. I have requested that Makro please resolve this as this was a brand new fridege and less than a week old. I got a call from the Ottery store last week to say they would be in contact to uplift and delivery a new product and since that call on Thursday, no one has even called to update or give a response. And I was thinking of buying my washing machine at Makro too. Fat chance
