Still pending funds and products paid cash for

I'm pending refunds still and products I've paid for and still did not receive. It's a month and a day later. The communication is sickening because once I hit this review as sent they call me back 3 times and never again after that. If you call them back you come through to a call centre where those people can't even assist all they say is someone is busy with the query and will get back to you. So for me it's a definite no online ordering from Makro no matter what.
