Still not received- no one can help me

Its been 4 weeks and I still have not received my headboard- I cant even cancel the order. Whenever I phone in - they just tell me the delay is with the courier or with the supplier- item should have been delivered already and they cant tell me where it is. I cant even just cancel the order because according to them there is no cancel option whil in transit- but each customer service representative tells me a different story.

I am renting out my place and everyday its costing me money. Everyday they delay its costing ke money.

This is unacceptable- in every way.
