Still no refund on my kidnapped money

This is the second time i'm posting to hello peter, because this seems to be the only way i get an updated reply out of MAKRO.

on 11 April i bought food for a npo, via the Makro payment portal the payment went off 2x. I have been begging for a refund since then. i get told that the payment has been sent for payment. but still no refund. I'm so disappointed in Makro...
