Still no refund for a November 2023 order!

I bought items during black Friday last year online. Some of the items weren't available and I was promised a refund within 14 working days. To date I am yet to receive my refund.

I have sent emails, called, tagged on social media and all I get are empty promises. They even asked for a copy of my bank statement and NOTHING.

They reached out on Twitter after I tagged them and nothing had been done still. I want my money!
