Still no refund!

Ordered goods on the 11th, one was cancelled. Other 2 hasn't even left Makro to this day.

Requested a refund of the other 2 orders, received email on Wednesday the 3rd of January that refund has been processed, its now the 10th and my money hasn't been paid back to me! They said 2-5 days it's now 6 days and still nothing!

Makro has become pathetic with their customer service so i shall now be contacting the complaints commission and SAPS for a case of theft
