Still no genuine after sales service
Once again there promises mean nothing, the goods have not been collected as promised. See attached saying it would be collected on 7 December between 10.55 am to 13.55PM. Mpho Moruthane (Makro)

10 Dec 2022, 11:16The MTB Bike bought over a month ago still in garage cannot be used, Initial offer to get Makro to fix it never happened, then after finding additional dangerous problem and time delay told them I wanted the bike returned for refund. After replies from Makro direct and through hello peter promising to 1st sort out the problem and then saying they would fetch it, date and times given. Nothing happened, missed date and still waiting.
