Still no delivery of order

I placed 3 orders on Black Friday and to date almost 2 weeks none of the orders have arrived. Items as per the website are "in progress". Calling the call centre has proved uselss. Advised query has been escalated and still nothing done. Not even with the courier.

This is my first and last purchase online from Makro
