Still no delivery of groceries

Sadly the wonderboom delivery guys dropped the ball. Fine I was sent confirmation of order and delivery yesterday, after Silverlakes makro. Then yesterday I waited the whole day but Silverlakes came through. Wonderboom driver only contacted me at exactly 18h11, but because they f loadshedding the network was extremely bad. And after their attempted call, they lodged that "there was a problem with my order" excuse. Now why would anyone in their right mind want to deliver groceries after 6pm when it's dark and mind you my house doesn't have a house number. Lol absurd!!! The whole day I was home waiting but no sms or call and all of a sudden when loadshedding hits they cry foul.. 🙆🏾♂️ I honestly don't know why makro wonderboom keeps making these mistakes? Please fix that.fact is, we ordered first from wonderboom and they knew we had difficulties to order and still don't prioritize us like Silverlakes did. And mind you they only had to deliver one item but they did that with such grace. This is where standards matter, why not uniform your customer service for every store? After 6pm there is no way you can identify house numbers here. It's a private area here. Your driver's will prolly claim that they called twice and "I didn't answer" but logically how could I? It means they didn't intend to deliver in the first place. And they have all the essentials that my wife and vlbaby needs. Again we are just next to the highway, they could've started with us. Whoever is planning routes must just resign cz they are useless at their jobs.
