Still no Delivery - MAK***
Using the Online option is the worst ever - Products from the stoe was packed on the 27th, and still not handed over to the courier. Follow ups done via their Customer Service is of no use, as they only advise that the store needs to advise on status. Delivery service which should take 2-5 days, is now over 7 days and still no actual feedback on when I will get my goods.

When will I get my delivery? And why did the first agents I've been chatting to not advise the true status of this order.
