Still no answer from makro after 15 days
I lay a complaint on halo Peter about poor service. Makro was quickly to respond and say they looking into the complaint. I sent a mail back to ask a couple of questions. That was never answered. No one contact me again after that mail. Since my first complain to makro 19 okt .Not one thing happened except a mail that said they will look into it and contact me

You keep on sent me a mail with the same answers but don't answer my question why one of the people of the mails I sent never bother to rep****. In my mail to them I stipulated I fly down to cape town. To receive the order. I phone mail ext on my cost on the end of the day to make sure it's delivered. The mails I sent to all the people on 19 and 21 October was till up to date just ignore. On your WhatsApp line were I received the reference numbers also never respond with my question.

Sorry to say if you as a company that was multiple of people cc in can't or won't reply to a query in 15 working days. Or you as a company don't care about the people paying on the end of the day your wages. Or there is soo much backlog of complains that in 15 working days Monday to Friday. Can't reply
