Still haven't received my refund

This is my 2nd complain. I still have not received my money back. Makro takes our money and we need to call how many times a day wasting our time and airtime calling with agents who cant even assist. I am fed up.. I want my damn money. I will never ever by from makro again. Their online service is pathetic. I want my MONEY!!!
