Still awaiting refund

I have purchased a pool table and a pool table cover on 22 August 2024. We received the pool table but not the cover. Makro followed it up and eventually said they will refund me. They said the refund should reflect within 14 days in my account. It is October now and still have not received the refund, even after numerous email requests.
