Still awaiting my refund
<p>I ordered a bicycle for my 3year old in November 2016. It was received just before her birthday. Upon assembling the bicycle various parts were missing. After sending e-mail from the 15 November 2016 I am still awaiting my refund. This is unacceptable and the worst service I have ever experienced.</p>
