Still awaiting items purchased on Black Friday

I had ordered items on Makro online on Black Friday, but still awaiting delivery. The excuse is they did not anticipated so many orders and had to expand their fulfillment team. This is not really my fault that Makro didnt anticipate so many orders on this day. The items in question need to me fitted into my kitchen and obviously this cant be done. Its now 3 weeks and i am still waiting!!Bad service Makro !!
