Still awaiting feedback on no stock issue

I posted a note on 3 March regarding Makro not having stock of the Ipad 9 when it was on promotion. They sent through a generic response promising feedback and asking me to contact them but with blocked out details on Hellopeter.com. I am still awaiting further feedback. Looks like Makro enjiys taking the mickey out on its customers by lying to them.
