<p>Hi Mmule</p> <p>I guess the saying is true,time wasted can never be regained. It was really time consuming and a waste of petrol money driving from one Makro to another. If you really strive for efficient service, maybe you should also make your system much user friendly for your staff to be able to transfer the paid amount to other Makro branches and elleviate the stress that one has gone through. I am glad you responded a month later, the issue was resolved after waiting 3 day to get the money reversed to my account. Thanks to crown mine staff they made my purchase easy and even delivered in time. Makro Steuben valley I feel like Kevin was just trying to subotage me and just push his sales,Maybe you should also not strive and push for your sales agent to just sell goods but also provide an exceptional service.I actually feel like I should have been refunded for the delivery since the ups and downs I had to make.</p> <p>Regards<br />Palesa</p>
