*****sters by delaying my refund
Makro is delaying my refund on a washing maching for almost over a month now. i have done everything they have asked dealt with Ottery and Customer Care. It is absurd that!!

06 Aug 2025, 22:09Alana from Ottery branch has a copy of the credit note from Hisense. She is saying she is waiting for it to be escalated. I have dealt with too many customer care agents. I already had a mission with Hisense on their poor product quality.

08 Aug 2025, 17:00Alana advised that finance processed the refund on August 5th but nothing in my bank account. Then we asked Alana to ask fiance for a proof of payment- nothing received. This refund was clearly not done Aug 5th . August 9th its a whole month of waiting for a refund. This constitute ***** which a crime
