Stay Far away from them... FAR AWAY!!!!

2nd Review in a week. Makro is the worst, the utter and literal worst!!!! My last review is being ignored while new reviews are getting the copy/paste treatment with their generic replies. So again, I have paid you a large sum of money (POP's sent twice) and haven't even got a confirmation email in a week. I am being ignored on all platforms so pretty much theft at this stage. I just want answers which seems impossible for their team to do (7 days and nothing, just "you'll hear from us in 24 to 48 hours" - Watch the response below.
