Stay away from this nonsense store
I ordered a TV antenna at makro on the 12th of September today is the 16th,my order has not even shipped yet, iv been whatsappin them to urge the seller who is THE LED LIGHT STORE but they telling me these a delay in courier, which is not my fault or problem, they have shown they don't even care to do a follow up on their third-party, stay away from ordering from these companies under makro they are nonsense and I regret even wasting my time iv heard stories about makro now I'm experiencing their service, the customer service on WhatsApp don't even care : MMDC-*** stay away

I been sending msgs to your useless customer service who take ages to reply, the delay is non of my problem you as the main store shud deal with the third party if that means these a delay they shud take it to the courier company by hand and stop being relaxed while I need my ****en parcel not even takealot does this

16 Sept 2026, 12:09At this point I'm disappointed and don't care cause I know very well it will take days for this so called seller to respond, cause I'm complaining now and want it to be dealt with now, he /she shud send my parcel now if it means he must change the courier he shud cause I will be ****ed if today my parcel does not ship, I hope people see this and don't ever have to go through this
