STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING ONLINE!!

Goods was returned for refund on the 6th of June 2023. Still no refund.??? Helpdesk staff: Wandile, Kenny, Sibusiso, Zanokuhoe, Lesedi.......POOREST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Last call was on the 4th of July 2023. When I started logging my dissatisfaction, because I know the calls are supposed to be recorded, the phone was either, cut off or muted and eventually dropped. Makro certainly do not care about customer service!!!
