STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE STORE

DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE! I ordered a set of chairs from Makro through their online platform. This was an order in which a SET (2) chairs were on sale.

When I recieved my order, only one chair arrived. I immediately phoned makro online and asked them when I could expect the other chair. They could not give me an answer. About 2-3 days later, I had a call from an employee who proceeded to tell me that they would collect the order AND *IF* THEY CAN GET THE SET OF CHAIRS THEY WILL SEND IT TO ME. They refused to just send another chair and insisted that I repackage and send the one I received back.

I repackaged the chair and waited for notification of collection. A WEEK later, I recieved an email at 11.30am to say the courier will fetch the item THAT DAY. I don't know about anyone else but I work and therefore need sometime to organize these things!

To this day I have not had further correspondence regarding the collection of that chair.

Very convenient Makro - I suppose you "won't be able to source the chairs on sale".

Stay away from their online store, it is such a headache and I so regret purchasing from them. Never again.
