Stay away from online orders

The delivery process of Makro is absolutely pathetic. Stay from from ordering from Makro online. I placed an order and the delivery was split into 4 parts. Your order does not get delivered to you, you then receive an email from Makro stating that your order could not be delivered as you were unreachable, yet no one from the delivery service has even made any contact with you regarding the delivery of your orders. When I track my order on the makro website its says that one part of my order was delivered to me but I have not received the order. The courier service don't even call you regarding delivery, all you see when you track your order is "failed delivery" Absolutely pathetic and poor online service and delivery from Makro.
