Stay away from makros online store

Most definitely the worst company don't waste your hard earned money with them! I had two orders online with them now after 3 weeks I got the one order cancelled and refunded after having to fight with them the other order I still have them a chance to get it to me so after almost 4 weeks stil no order I phoned no one knows what's going on or was able to tell me what's going on really makro? Either Close your online store or get people that know how to do the job as this is embarrassing for a big company like yourself nether the less so 2 days ago I canceld that order aswell and they noted it on there system or as they like to say escalated it and now today I get an SMS saying my order Wich is split by the way is out for delivery even tough it needed to go to a locker of there's the driver phones me to deliver the package to me even though it says it has to go to a locker then you guys can't even get that right no wonder it is going the way it is there. Then I phone makro after the courier company phoned me just to talk to a lady Wich then just cuts me off on the phone all I want is my hard earned money back please!! Get back to me on this or I will hand this over to the police as it is an offence.
