STAY AWAY FROM Makro's Online Services!!!

I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the experience I've had with Makro. Their online store is filled with empty promises, and their customer service is beyond atrocious. After purchasing several items online, I encountered numerous issues with delivery delays and Makro just canceling my order because I am asking for service and answers.

To make matters worse, now Makro owes me for products I have paid for in full and having to obtain a refund, Makro is dragging out the process unnecessarily, leaving me in a state of perpetual frustration. It's evident that they have no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with Makro has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice and explore alternative options. Save yourself the headache and avoid being taken for a ride by Makro's deceptive practices.
