Stay away from Makro Wonderboom if you want to keep your peace

If i could choose 0 stars i would. Makro is Wonderboom are perfoming day light *******. A friend of mine bought a washing machine cash and spent R3k on an extended warranty. The machine showed signs immediately that something was wrong, she reported it and was taken from pillar to post and it took about a month for them to tell her they can't do anything about the fault because she broke the machine. This is after she spent R10k, not only that the so called manager Sipho, had the nerve to shout at her in the phone that she broke the machine and she must fix it herself, the warranty doesn't cover that fault.
