Stay away from Makro SA online

I bought an item in mid February 2025 at Makro SA online, few days after passed and they sent me a message saying they are out of stock and they will refund me. I am typing this message its now Month end April 2025 I still haven't got my refund. I called numerous times, with my own airtime...patiently waited while I was put on hold, I emailed the necessary documents and still nothing. My advise stay away from Makro SA online their service is absolutely ridiculous.
