Stay away from Makro online. you will regret

Do not buy Makro online ever! my wall mounted wooden rack arrived damaged from courier guy. the driver didnt even have the decency to wait for my pin. left it at security, otherwise I would not have accepted and would of returned it with courier guy. parcel is damaged. logged return same day, its been more than a week now with several follow ups to Makro.. response was this. asked for order number. second response escalated, 3rd no response. more than a week and im still driving around with my damaged order in my cars boot. not happy at all. will never buy makro online again. will stick to the well known one we all know. go search on Hello Peter, you will find other complaints that are the same as mine for returns to Makro.. its unacceptable. service is poor.
