STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

if there could be a zero rating I would give it. I bought a phone online on the 24th of November. Makro tells me my order has been delayed due to large volumes only to receive a notice the following day(Saturday) that my order was out for delivery. As I had my business address there, obviously i could not be there to collect. I tried calling the wumdrop driver numerous times but he/she did not pick up the call, it just rang continuosly. Now, they are silent, have spoken to Katlego from Makro Woodmead, keeps telling me he will call me back with feedback, next, it will be made a priority delivery but nothing has materialized. To add on, when you call their customer care you are on hold for days, and no response to emails. If I could shout it out to the world. stay away from makro online, just as good as raising your blood pressure. i will post on every platform possible, they are the worst. To make it worse, its a gift for my child and they keep asking everyday, we are looking like ***** due to you Makro, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
