Stay away from Makro Online , useless

Bought a Smart TV from Makro on the 3rd of February. There was a delay in the delivery. Took numerours calls to their call center , a Hello Peter review and a lot of patience. Finally today the ordered item arrived. To my surprise , there is crack lines on the screen when the TV is on. Brand new TV out of the Box. Numerous calls to call center and their whatsapp line , am told to log a return. The return tab does not work , it's crashes on step 1. Again numerous calls to call center , and finally someone answers and they assist me with logging a return. That will surely take a lifetime to resolve. My faith in Makro has beeen dented. At this point , all I need is to be refunded and go my way.
