Stay away from Makro online - send incorrect orders and don't refund!

I cannot even give 1 star. Makro online is terrible. I ordered 50x white tin cups online to use for Valentines day. They send me green and yellow ones that I could not use. I requested a refund same day I received it. 7 weeks and numerous phone calls later I am still waiting. They keep saying they will escalate it and I will receive an email from the manager within 3 - 6 hours but that never happens. False advertising as they clearly states refunds happen within 14 days but almost 2 months later I am still waiting!! They keep blaming 3rd parties with a backlog
