Stay away from MAKRO ONLINE, regret

Do not buy anything from Makro online, you will regret it to the fullest. They are quick to take your money but there after service with faults/returns is non existent. Purchased a dishwasher, after a month i experienced an issue with the machine. Logged a return/fault via the web as there useless app wasn't functioning properly. Received an email confirming the return request. 3days later still no update or feedback from the useless Makro. Decided to whatsapp them only to be told that they have not received any return request. Luckily for us after seeing that Makro wasn't interested we contacted Bosch support who quickly sent out a technician who resolved the issue.

Why cant these companies get the basics right?

Rather stick to true online stores like TAKEALOT and the likes who have proven themselves.
